the thing that sucks about going out at 12 is that an hour and a half is just about long enough to get me thinking about drinking more. then i can't do that anymore, so i go home and i'm bored. i went to safeway and waited in line forever to buy cigarettes, only so the cashier could tell me they lost the key. i have never once been able to buy cigarettes there, they always have some excuse and they are never very apologetic about it. why even sell cigarettes? they're overpriced anyway.

so i decided to walk around and try to find some. a few blocks up there was a gas station open. the dude there was so nice, he asked why i was out so late, gave me a free lighter, walked me out and asked if i needed him to call a cab. i guess gas stations are pretty hard up for customers lately.

well, i know that's a pretty boring update, but i haven't been doing much lately. i signed up for netflix again. i watched the first 3 movies in a day and am now waiting for more. i guess i should chill out on the movie watching. or maybe i need to get out more.
