All this thinking and whatnot has really been fucking up my sleep lately. Last night, I didn't get to sleep until 4:30, then woke up at 5, then again at 7:30. I feel fine right now, not tired, but I'm sure I will soon. I hate this. I'm so obsessive it's retarded.

i do that sometimes. a trick that helps a little bit is to keep a pad of paper and pen next to the bed. just write every thought down. even little one's like take a shower, shave, remember to put pen and paper by bed tomorrow night, etc... then just tell yourself that there is nothing that can be done at this hour. it is written down and you will think about it when you wake up. good luck dude.
