health stuff: didn't drink yesterday, didn't eat too much, smoked 4 cigarettes. walked to bart and then to work this morning. didn't buy cigarettes. ordered non-fat latte (kinda yuck). thinking about going to an eye doctor at some point. i need to go over all my insurance stuff. i want glasses. and i think i need them sometimes.
